Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms of refund and cancellation for payments related to event participation and memberships organized by Miami Family Club.

  1. Non-Refundable Payments
    The participant agrees that all payments for event participation and membership purchases are final and non-refundable, nor can they be transferred to third parties. This rule applies to any reason for withdrawal, including personal circumstances, change of plans, or any other grounds.

  2. Credit Provision in Exceptional Cases
    Credits for future events may only be granted in the event of missing an event due to illness, confirmed by appropriate medical documentation. These credits can only be applied towards participation in future events within one calendar year from the date of issuance.

  3. Event Planning and Costs
    The organization of each event requires advanced planning and cost calculation based on the number of participants. Payments for participation or ticket purchases are made in advance, and these funds are used to cover the expenses associated with the event.

  4. No Refund in Case of Cancellation or No-Show
    In the event of cancellation, withdrawal from the event, or non-attendance for any reason, even if the participant has notified the organizers in advance, the amount paid for participation, tickets, or reserved spots is non-refundable and cannot be credited towards future events.
