SUPPLIER REGISTRATION AGREEMENT
General terms: By clicking the "Register" button, the Supplier (hereinafter referred to as the Partner) agrees to the registration terms and accepts the rules of cooperation on the Miami Family Club platform.
1. Subject of the agreement:
1.1. Miami Family Club (Organizer) provides the Partner with the opportunity to post information about goods and services within the selected package.
1.2. The Partner undertakes to pay for the selected package and provide the necessary materials (texts, photos, videos).
2. Responsibilities of the parties:
2.1. Responsibilities of Miami Family Club (Organizer):
Display information about the Partner in accordance with the terms of the selected package.
Update the statuses of advertising posts.
2.2. Responsibilities of the Partner:
Provide high-quality materials (texts, images, videos).
Pay for the services of the selected package within the time specified by the Organizer.
Adhere to the principles of honest advertising and show respect for community members.
3. Payment and package selection:
3.1. The Partner selects a package upon registration:
3.3. No refunds, credits or replacements. The agreement can be extended after the package expires.
4. Completion of registration:
4.1. Clicking the "Accept" button is considered the Partner's consent to the terms of the agreement and joining the Miami Family Club platform.
5. Termination of the agreement:
5.1. Miami Family Club has the right to terminate the agreement in the event of a violation of the terms of the agreement by the Partner, receipt of complaints or bad reviews about the Partner from clients.
5.2. The agreement is terminated unilaterally with prior notice to the Partner 7 (seven) calendar days prior to the date of termination.
5.3. In case of termination of the agreement for the reasons specified in paragraph 5.1, the funds paid will not be returned, and the services will be terminated from the date the decision comes into force.
6. Other conditions:
6.1. All disputes and disagreements arising within the framework of this agreement will be resolved through negotiations between the parties. 6.2. In case of impossibility of dispute resolution through negotiations, they are subject to consideration in the courts at the location of the Organizer.

Package 2 (Advanced): $1000 per year
3.2. Payment is made via Zelle or a bank card.Package 2 (Advanced): $1000 per year
