Membership Terms

Miami Family Club Membership is an annual family membership program that provides access to club-related benefits and participation opportunities.

1. Membership Type

Membership is sold as an annual family membership.

2. Membership Benefits

Membership benefits may include:

• access to selected members-only events, trips, or camping programs
• early or priority registration
• member pricing on eligible programs
• loyalty or rewards opportunities, where available
• access to club offers or special opportunities

Benefits may be added, modified, or removed at any time.

3. Membership Does Not Guarantee Space

Membership does not guarantee availability in any event, camp, trip, or program. Separate registration and payment may still be required.

4. Non-Transferable

Membership is valid only for the registered household/family and may not be transferred, shared, resold, or reassigned.

5. Renewal

Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

6. Non-Refundable

Membership fees are non-refundable.

7. Loyalty / Points

Miami Family Club offers a bonus (points) program available to active members.

7.1 Earning Bonuses

• Members earn bonus points for participating in Miami Family Club's own events: 10% of the event cost.
• Members earn bonus points for Miami Family Club travel and trips: 5% of the trip cost.
• Bonuses are earned per member, based on that member's own participation and payment.
• Partner events (hosted by outside partners rather than Miami Family Club) do not earn bonus points, and bonus points cannot be used to pay for partner events.
• Bonus points are earned exclusively through Miami Family Club's own events and trips, and may be redeemed only toward Miami Family Club's own events and trips.

7.2 Referral Bonus

• When a member refers a new person, and that person registers and purchases a membership, both the referring member and the new member receive 20 bonus points.

7.3 Children's Birthday Bonus

• Members may add their own children to their family membership account. Each child should be added once.
• On each child's birthday, a small bonus is credited to the account, which may also be redeemed under the terms below.
• To keep this benefit accurate for every member family, MFC may occasionally ask a parent or guardian to confirm a child’s information (for example, with a birth certificate or ID) if a question arises regarding an account. This is a standard verification step, not a judgment of trust. If confirmation isn’t provided, the child’s profile may be removed from the account until it can be verified.

7.4 Redeeming Bonuses

• Bonus points may be applied toward the cost of Miami Family Club's own events and trips only.
• Bonus points may cover up to 50% of the total purchase price; the remaining balance must be paid by another accepted payment method.

7.5 General

• Bonus points have no cash value.
• The bonus program, its accrual rates, and redemption rules may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.
• MFC reserves the right to adjust balances in cases of refunds, cancellations, misuse, or system error.

8. Community Standards

MFC reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund if conduct is unsafe, abusive, inappropriate, fraudulent, or harmful to the community.

9. Changes to Program

Miami Family Club may update membership structure, pricing, benefits, and eligibility at any time.
